Xeptagon was founded in 2019 with a clear ambition: to use advanced technology to strengthen climate action, financial systems and transparent global governance. We began as a specialised engineering and research team supporting complex fintech and digital-governance engagements led by professors from globally recognised institutions, including the National University of Singapore (NUS) and The University of Hong Kong (HKU). From the outset, our approach combined academic rigour, market knowledge and practical engineering.
As demand grew for trusted, institution-grade digital systems, Xeptagon evolved into an integrated climate technology and advisory company. Today, our work brings together consultancy, market and governance design, trading infrastructure, data platforms and advanced software development. We deliver national carbon registries, Article 6 systems, climate-transparency platforms, environmental markets, climate-finance systems and public-sector governance solutions.
With teams operating from Hong Kong, Colombo and Nairobi, Xeptagon now works with governments, regulators, United Nations agencies, multilateral programmes, financial institutions and global enterprises. Our engagements span Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway, Hungary, Vietnam, Kenya, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka, South Korea and other markets.
Our journey reflects the growth of a specialist technical team into a globally trusted climate and governance technology company, building secure, interoperable infrastructure that institutions can operate with confidence over the long term.
